Cancellation and Refund
1. Order Cancellation
- Customers can cancel their order within 2 hours of placing it.
- To cancel, please contact our support team at support@shopiverse.io with your Order ID.
- Orders already dispatched or shipped cannot be cancelled.
2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if the product is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Not as described

- Customers must initiate return request within 3 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused and in original packaging.
3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
- If approved, refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
- For prepaid orders: Refund will be sent to original payment method.
- For COD orders: We will initiate refund to customer’s UPI or bank account after confirmation.
4. Non-refundable Items
- Items on sale or under clearance are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
- Personalized/customized products are not eligible for return or refund.
5. Shipping Charges
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item).
