Cancellation and Refund

1. Order Cancellation

 

  • Customers can cancel their order within 2 hours of placing it.
  • To cancel, please contact our support team at support@shopiverse.io with your Order ID.
  • Orders already dispatched or shipped cannot be cancelled.

 

2. Return Eligibility

 

  • We accept returns only if the product is:
    • Damaged
    • Defective
    • Not as described

  • Customers must initiate return request within 3 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.

 

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
  • If approved, refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
  • For prepaid orders: Refund will be sent to original payment method.
  • For COD orders: We will initiate refund to customer’s UPI or bank account after confirmation.

4. Non-refundable Items

  • Items on sale or under clearance are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
  • Personalized/customized products are not eligible for return or refund.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item).
